Sarah Bridleman is an experienced executive whose background in human resources includes public and private company leadership positions in safety, risk management and human resources. She leverages over 15 years of experience in strategic initiatives that range from rapid growth and culture change, to accelerating productivity through continuous improvement, organizational design, performance management and succession planning.

Ms. Bridleman currently serves as Vice President, Human Resources for School Specialty, the leading provider of educational ecosystems to educators across North America.

Until January 2022, Ms. Bridleman served as the head of human resources for LTD Commodities, LLC, a multi-million-dollar premier catalog and online merchandiser and distributor. Prior to joining LTD, she led human resources for the corporate group of ITW, Inc., a world-leading diversified manufacturer of specialized industrial equipment, consumables, and related service businesses. Her early career spanned risk management, health and safety, and human resources at the business unit level for Snap-on Tools, LLC, a global leader in hand tool and tool storage solutions for the professional mechanic. Ms. Bridleman has also served as an adjunct professor for Concordia University Wisconsin teaching human resources topics to both undergrad and graduate students.

Ms. Bridleman earned a Bachelor of Life Sciences degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign, and a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She has received advanced professional training in labor negotiations, employee relations, human resource management, health and safety, risk and insurance and media communications.
