Her passion and people-focused leadership style drives her commitment to create an unparalleled Customer and Employee experience. In September 2022, Suzette joined School Specialty as the Vice President of Customer Care. Prior to School Specialty, she held various leadership roles focused on building organizations and delivering exceptional Customer support and focus spanning corporate, mid-size and start up environments for AT&T, Inteliquent, and Redshelf in both the Telecommunication and Tech Education industry. Suzette earned a Bachelor of Business from Western Illinois University and holds a number of professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) and Six Sigma.
